These terms govern use of the Contrlr website, operated by Contrlr Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 71 698 107 149). Platform subscriptions are governed by a separate services agreement.

The content on this site is provided for general information about Contrlr and its platform. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice. You may browse and share links to the site; you may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent its content as your own.
Some documents, including proposals and pitch decks, are delivered through a tokenised link addressed to a named recipient. These documents are confidential and are provided to that recipient only. Do not forward the link.
Opening the link creates a viewing record. We log the recipient's name, email address, and company, when the document was opened, how long it was viewed, which sections were reached and for how long, scroll depth, any buttons clicked, any PDF downloaded, the browser user agent, the referring page, and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store the raw IP address. We use this to understand whether the material we sent was useful, and to follow up appropriately. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep this record.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep its content accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Contrlr excludes liability for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
