What your dashboard does
Set up each client once: Add the organisation, choose the headline or full instrument, and list the directors.
Directors score independently: Each director gets a private link, which is the instrument's own rule: score independently before comparing.
Run it in the room: Open any pass from your dashboard and score it live with your client, at the table or on a screen.
A copy of every report: You receive each director's report as they finish. The board comparison shows the spread by dimension and lists every question where directors differ by two or more points.

Is there a password?
No. Each person's private link is their key: a consultant's dashboard link, and a director's pass link, which becomes the report link when the pass is finished. Keep the emails, and do not forward a link you would not hand over with your answers.

Who sees my answers?
You and, where an ICG consultant invited you, that consultant, who receives a copy of your report. Contrlr never publishes an organisation's score, and benchmarks only ever appear as averages.
